After seeing and experiencing the damaging effects of Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Pastor Peter DiCroce knew that changes needed to be made in the body of Christ so that we may be better prepared to deal with the sometimes harsh realities that accompany daily living.

Pastor Peter remembers the day after Hurricane Sandy hit, and the devastation it brought, as people cried out to him: “Peter what do we do now?” It was then that he realized the necessity for a chaplaincy program to aid those dealing with loss and devastation in their lives. “Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.” Romans 12:13 (NIV)
